 Welcome to Align, a multi-faceted health and wellness centre incorporating Chiropractic, Postural Rehabilitation and Wellness Care. 

Our mission is to provide a professional, friendly and caring Chiropractic health care service. In addition we aim to provide a holistic service with access to multidisciplinary professionals, tailored to meet the clients individual needs.
 
We will aspire to empower and educate the client about their health concerns and how to achieve optimum health the most effective way possible.We aim to help as many people as possible in order for them to regain but more importantly, to maintain their sense of wellness and to help assist them on their road to recovery.

Our core philosophy stems from the understanding that the body is innately intelligent and has the capacity to heal itself and will do so, if the underlying CAUSES of the dis-ease are addressed, not just the symptoms such as pain. Symptoms and dis-ease are an intelligent signal produced by the bodymind in order to send a message to the person to stop; take infantry and to create positive change in many areas of life. Once stressors are identified and addressed, healing and wellness can occur.

The most common causes of dis-ease in today's society stem from stressors such as;

• Postural or structural imbalances e.g wonky hips, head tilt, one leg shorter than the other, prolonged sitting or standing leading to sub-luxation of spinal joints.
• Traumatic Stress e.g. car accidents, sporting injuries, knocks and falls.
• Mental Stress e.g work related stress, home related stress, financial stress
• Emotional Stress e.g bereavement, childhood stress, relationship issues, emotional trauma
• Chemical Stress e.g. toxicities from diet, pollutants, smoking, alcohol, medication, recreational drugs
• Radiation Stress e.g. from electrical devices such as mobile phones, wi-fi

At Align we recognise that addressing the whole person requires a multi-disciplinary approach. We therefore provide services from highly trained professionals such as Chiropractors, Nutritionists and  Detoxification Specialists. We provide expert postural advice from rehabilitation experts such as Pilates instructors and Sports injury specialists and provide gentle and effective healing from our Reflexologists and Kinesiologists.
